One thing that’s almost always present with asthma has to be chronic dehydration. To rehydrate yourself, the best thing for you to do is, of course, to increase your water intake for the day. Prepare at least 1 liter of water per 22kg of body weight and drink every day.

Proper hydration can also help with infections, as well as make it easier for the body to get rid of accumulated toxins. Another way to rehydrate is to go 14 to 21 days drinking cabala juice, and clear out toxins with enemas and colon cleansing.
